Mr. Vinay S. Vartak [ Founder & C.E.O. ]

VCA was founded in 1986 by Sir Vinay S. Vartak with
just 2 students. Initially it was a small tuition classes.
Over the period, Mr. Vinay Vartak, observed a small
count of merit holders from suburban area and he
realised the excellent coaching as a need of an hour.
This made him develop from a small tution class to
the renowned Competitive Exams Coaching Center.
In the very 1st year of Scholarship coaching, 4
students secured merit and gradually the number
progressed exponentially reaching a maximum 224
students in a single academic year! Simultaneously
then VCA started coaching for Dr. Homi Bhabha
Young Scientist exam, Pravinya-Pradnya,
Prabhutwa, IPM, IMO, Neltas and Olympiads.

After cracking MPSC ( Maharashtra Public Service
Commission ) examinations, Mrs. Bhavana Vartak
started a job at Mantralaya. After serving in a civil
service for a while, she had to take a step back for
personal responsibilities.
She then joined VCA in the year 1995 and nurtured
the initial growing phase of VCA and stood up as
a partner with Mr. Vinay Vartak through thicks and
thins. She contributed to bring success to VCA and
make it a well known brand over the years.
After cracking MPSC ( Maharashtra Public Service Commission ) examinations, Mrs. Bhavana Vartak started a job at Mantralaya. Mr. Syddhesh Vartak spent most of his childhood at
VCA observing his parents teach ‘n’ number of
students. He joined VCA as a supporting member
and assistant teacher in 2010. He completed his B.E.
in 2016 after which he got placed in Capgemini. He
worked in the Capgemini for an year and then
discovered that he is not meant for a job. Post which
he resigned in 2017 for pursuing Masters and chose
to join VCA full time. He contributed to expand VCA
with private coaching for ICSE, CBSE, IG, SSC for
Maths and Science.
